Wisconsin has added depth to the quarterback position in the 2018 recruiting class, as three-star quarterback Chase Wolf, out of Cincinnati, OH committed to the program on Friday afternoon.
Wolf joins three-star commit Ben Bryant as the two quarterbacks in the 2018 recruiting class. The 6’2″ dual-threat quarterback also held offers from schools around the Big Ten such as Maryland and Rutgers, in addition to schools more local such as Ohio, Toledo and Central Michigan.
With Wolf’s commitment, Wisconsin has stacked the deck in future seasons for potential quarterback success. As Alex Hornibrook returns for a second season, and Jack Coan and Kare Lyles watch patiently from the wings, Coach Chryst and company should have the comfort and depth necessary to run the Big Ten table for seasons to come.
