Sconnie Sports Talk is always looking for passionate voices to join our growing team. If you live and breathe Wisconsin sports and have a talent for storytelling, we want to hear from you. Whether your expertise lies in Football analysis, Basketball coverage, or another area of the state’s sporting world, there may be a place for you here.
We’re particularly interested in contributors who can bring fresh perspectives to our Baseball and Hockey coverage, as well as writers who enjoy digging into the lesser known stories found in our Misc section. We value writers who combine solid research skills with genuine enthusiasm for the game, and who understand what makes Wisconsin sports culture so unique.
Joining our team means becoming part of a community that cares deeply about accurate, engaging sports journalism. We offer opportunities for both experienced writers and newcomers eager to build their portfolio while covering the teams and athletes they grew up watching. Flexibility, collaboration, and a shared love of the game define how we work together.
If you’re interested in contributing to Sconnie Sports Talk, reach out through our Contact page with a brief introduction and any relevant writing samples. We review every submission carefully and look forward to hearing what unique perspective you can bring to our coverage.
