Per Adam Schefter and Rob Demovsky, the Green Bay Packers will add their second tight end in two days on Saturday with the signing of former Wisconsin Badger tight end Lance Kendricks.

Kendricks has spent the entirety of his six-year NFL career with the St. Louis Rams. Last year, he had a career-high 50 receptions for 499 yards and two touchdowns.

Kendricks was effective in his junior and senior season, and finished his career at Wisconsin in 2010 with 78 career receptions for 1,160 yards and eight touchdowns.

Martellus Bennett was signed by the Packers yesterday, so Kendricks will likely serve in a TE2/blocking role.
