On Wednesday, April 6 from 7:00-8:00 PM, David Cohn from the Wisconsin State Golf Association will speak in the Masley Media Room in the Red Gym.

David Cohn is the director of member services and communications for the Wisconsin State Golf Association. In that role, he is the main customer service contact for the WSGA membership of 360 clubs and 40,000 individual members and manages the association’s communications efforts, including content on WSGA.org and the WSGA’s social media channels. In addition, he assists with the production and distribution of Wisconsin Golfer, the official publication of the WSGA, and coordinates activation for the WSGA’s 11 corporate partners.

He previously served as the WSGA’s assistant director of rules and competitions. His other professional experience includes two years with the University of Wisconsin athletic department and the Wisconsin PGA Section.

David is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he helped started the Sports Business Club and worked in the Athletic Department, and holds a Master of Sports Administration degree from Ohio University. He currently resides in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
