After much speculation at the Winter Meetings, the Brewers and Mariners have reached a deal that will send first baseman Adam Lind to Seattle for minor league prospects, reports CBS’s Jon Heyman. The low-level minor-leaguers, all under the age of 20, are all pitchers: Daniel Missaki, Carlos Herrera, and Freddy Peralta.

The Brewers were reportedly contacted by 21 of the 29 other MLB teams about Lind, whose $8 million team option is a bargain for a left-handed first baseman who hit .277 with 20 home runs and 87 RBIs last season in his only year in Milwaukee.

Milwaukee still likely isn’t done trading, as the 40-man roster now sits at 34. There’s still speculation that the Brewers are actively shopping Jean Segura and possibly Jonathan Lucroy, though the catcher will likely not be traded unless a team offers something new general manager David Stearns cannot refuse.

In terms of fill-ins at first base, the Brewers could consider moving Khris Davis or Ryan Braun to play there, but the Brewers now have two big holes at first base and third base. But, Stearns has been adamant that anyone is trade-able, and there’s no doubt that there’s still plenty of time in the offseason to figure out this roster.

Here’s the official statement from the Brewers:
