The Badgers staff has done it again.
Wisconsin picked up another commitment for the 2021 class earlier today, this time coming from the Hawkeye state in TJ Bollers. Bollers becomes the second highest rated commit in the 2021 class and joins Hunter Wohler, Jack Pugh, JP Benzschawel and Riley Mahlman as the fifth four star in the class.
Bollers picked the Badgers over other notable offers in Alabama, Florida, Iowa and other recent offers such as Notre Dame, Penn State and Texas A&M. The decision came down to Alabama, Iowa State, Nebraska and Wisconsin for Bollers but Bollers eventually went with Wisconsin.
The commitment now puts the Badgers up to No.12 and No.15 in the nation according to 247Sports and Rivals, respectively. The commitment also moves UW’s 2021 class up to fourth in the Big Ten according to 247Sports.
In an interview with the Des Moines Register, Bollers said “Badgers fans, here’s what you should know about me: I will never be outworked. I will give everything all I’ve got-on the football field and in the classroom.”
Deacon Pe’a Hill , a 2021 signee, revealed to Asher Low of the Locked On Badgers podcast that the 2021 class has a group chat and that the class has been among actively recruiting other like WR Skylar Bell.
The 2021 class may soon be joined by five star offensive lineman Nolan Rucci, brother of tight end Hayden Rucci and continue to improve a class that is already the best ever for Wisconsin in the online recruiting rankings era.
