For the first time since 2006, the Wisconsin Badgers have a Big Ten Coach of the year. This time, Paul Chryst will be taking home the honors as decided by the other Big Ten Coaches.

In his first two season at Wisconsin, Chryst has brought a consistency to the Badgers and has won 10 games in both of his season at the helm. Chryst has brought Wisconsin back into the contender conversation for the first time since Bret Bielema left in 2012.

Previously Chryst had coached at Pittsburgh University. Before that, the Madison native was the offensive coordinator under Bielema at Wisconsin.

The Wisconsin Badgers with Chryst at the helm will look to add to their surprise season as they take on Penn State this Saturday in the Big Ten Championship.
