Wisconsin lineman Ryan Ramczyk will need surgery following the Cotton Bowl to repair a torn labrum in his hip, as per the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

The surgery will require the junior to miss four months, which may impact his decision on whether or not to enter the 2017 NFL Draft.

Ramczyk was named first-team All-American and second-team Walter Camp All-American. He remains focused on the upcoming Cotton Bowl against Western Michigan and has not publicly released a decision on his future with the Wisconsin Badgers.

Players have until January 18 to declare for the NFL Draft. Though Ramczyk is currently projected high in NFL Draft boards, this upcoming surgery may affect his ultimate decision.
