Teletović will be entering his fifth season in the league, coming from Phoenix where he spent one season. His first three years in the league were all spent with the Brooklyn Nets where he played one season under Jason Kidd, now his coach in Milwaukee.
Teletovic turned 30 in September. Played for Jason Kidd in Brooklyn. $10 million/year will be good value.

A versatile player that can play down low or stretch the floor on the perimeter, Teletović will be a valuable addition to a Bucks roster that finished in the bottom ten in three-point shooting a year ago. He is a 8.7 point per game scorer in his career and is shooting 37.5 percent from downtown.
Mirza Teletovic ranked 7th in the NBA in jump shooting efficiency in the half court last season right between Kyle Korver & Klay Thompson.

During his time playing for Kidd, Teletović praised the then first-year head coach, comparing him to Gregg Popovich.
“Jason Kidd will be one of the best coaches, for sure – the new Gregg Popovich,” Teletović stated back in 2014.
“He’s just comfortable.” he continued, talking about how easy it was to communicate with Kidd. “You can talk to him and he really explains things, like, Listen Mirza, you have to do these things for us and do this. He’ll tell you look, we’re going to draw up a play and you’re going to be right there and you’re going to get the ball and shoot it. You’re like, ok, right. Then you get the ball and you’re wide open and you shoot the ball.”
It looks like those two will be reacquainted very soon.
