After a dominant win over Minnesota in the yearly rivalry game and a couple of upsets near the top of the power rankings, the Wisconsin Badgers are sitting pretty at the No. 4 spot of the College Football Playoff rankings.

Wisconsin is the only Power 5 conference team to be undefeated and at 12-0 they are a mere win over Ohio State away from making the programs first ever College Football Playoff.

Ohio State is the second-highest Big Ten team ranked at No. 8. Other Big Ten teams that made the cut were Northwestern at 21, Michigan State at 16 and Penn State cracking the top 10 at No. 9.

Alabama, last weeks No. 1, fell to No. 5 and previous No. 3 Miami fell to No. 7. Both teams suffered upset losses and will hope for chaos to ensue this coming Championship week in hopes of making the College Football Playoff.

Rounding out the rest of the top four is Clemson at No. 1, Auburn at No. 2 and Oklahoma No. 3.
