With the 2017 season underway, the Wisconsin Badgers have wasted no time getting the next recruiting cycle going with the commitment of high school junior athlete Leo Chenal.
Chenal, from Grantsburg, WI, visited the Badgers for Saturday’s game against Florida Atlantic University and received a scholarship offer the same day. Less than 24 hours later, Chenal committed to the Badger’s 2019 class.
The 6’2″ and 215 pound athlete has not decided on a position. Chenal was gaining interest from other Big Ten schools Iowa and Minnesota. He also held an offer from South Dakota State.
